I absolutely love this nail salon and wouldn’t spend my money anywhere else! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they always keep the place clean and get me in and out pretty quick! I get nail designs every time with Anna and she’s so patient and does an amazing job. The owner is one of my favorite people she treats my family and I so amazing! 5 stars! 10/10 recommend!
I LOVE this place ! I was just in last night and Tammy (one of the newer girls) did a fantastic job! She had so much fun and kept great conversation most of the time. I had a blast getting my nails done and can't wait to see her again!! I also got my eyebrows done by the owner and she did an amazing job! A+++ I will be back soon!! Thank you!! ♥♥♥
This place was terrible for a few reasons.
1. They didn't care to see a reference photo.
They did a sugar manicure (I had never heard of it but they charged me an extra $15 for it) because she said it would just like what i wanted. However she had only been described what I wanted by who I am assuming it's the boss. And, when I tried to show her the picture of what I wanted she refused and said she's got it. She said if she did it this way it would look exactly like what I wanted.
2. Inconsistent customer service.
A man came in who I'm guessing as a regular because they're all speaking very friendly to him. They offered him wine and snacks, when I asked if there was wine she said yes and just looks at me but it was already over halfway through my manicure.
3. Terrible quality.
Once my nails were done with the sugar, she added a matte top coat because she said that would make it look exactly like I want it. I suggested in the beginning just using a black sparkly polish but she said no because it wouldn't look right. And after adding the top coat she notice it look terrible but continued and finished then that way. I could see her face frowning because of how ugly they looked. And instead of offering to fix them she said she'll just add a shiny top coat. This means I'm look even worse and she said she was all done.
Overall they charged me $15 more than the quote without consultation. And the quality was terrible I had to ask them to fix it because I was so embarrassed to have my nails like that in public. But instead of actually removing the sugar stuff she only shave part of it down and added a color on top. So now they're not consistently thin some of them are much thicker and after only a few days they're chipping.
ANYWHERE ELSE WILL BE BETTER.
*Side note: for their acrylic manicure, they completely skip fixing cuticles and any sort of soaking or massage. I have gotten a lot better service with less money other places.*
Tammy did an amazing job on my nails! She designed the look I was envisioning for sure! Thank you for your detailed work! When I am in Tacoma, I will always make sure to find Tammy to do my nails! From the years I've seen her work, she has proven dedication to her craft, she's a fantastic nail artist!
This was my first time coming here to Vinci nails salon! Wow I had a great experience! Anna did an amazing job on my nails and she definitely took her time on it! The nails weren’t exactly like the inspiration nails but honestly this turned out way cuter! Anna also gave me a discount for the designs on the nails which was so sweet of her!
I absolutely love this place!! I’ve been coming here for two years and haven’t been to no other nail salon but this one!!! They take great care of me every time. Not just with my nails but their hospitality is exceptional too!! The owner Trent, I love her!!! Mary does my pedicures. Jenny does my nails as well as a few others!!! They are awesome!! I recommend them to everyone that inquired about nail salons!!
