I got my nails done here left unhappy a lot of them are not experienced on modernize Nails, and by that I mean Nails with real designs, other than squiggly lines, they like to do. On top of that I was there yesterday, and this woman was yelling at her coworker in front of everyone hysterical and the poor woman stayed quiet. No one stepped in, not even the boss of the place. It got so ugly to the point where the one that was being aggressive was still yelling at her in the back room, and then comes out, still yelling, and the poor woman is left back there and you can hear her crying and panicking and they start to call 911. I just think it’s ridiculous how someone is allowed to work there and treat their own coworker that way and the fact that the owner has nothing to say but let this happen. This establishment is super ghetto and unprofessional, and I will not be returning here because that behavior was disgusting to watch
I just left from color me nails. The owner Jenny who did my eyebrows did not perform professional service to me at all. She rushed my eyebrows and was conversations and focusing on the customer she did before me while doing my eyebrows. She was about to use the same stick she use on her previous customer on my brows until I told her to change to a new one. She asked me if I was leaving a tip and I told her not all. For you to be the manager of an establishment and to not treat your customer with good service is unacceptable.will not be coming back to them .
Service was horrible. I sat inside for 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. I then called from my cell phone to get someone to help me... to later be scolded like a child because I didn't like the shape or designs on my nails after the nail tech confirmed that she could do the work.
Needless to say, I will NEVER visit this establishment again! And no, I'm not an angry customer - I still paid the $107 for my services and still tipped her $10. I just will NOT be back!
You all could really benefit from a Customer Service etiquette class- especially if someone is paying you!
Woman was nice, started a conversation. Showed her a nice design and asked if they could be shorter than pictures and she said yes, when we were doing the design she said she couldn’t do the exact one because of the length of the nails even after she said she could. She would stop and talk to co-workers about other clients who weren’t here in the process during my nail appointment . The one in the phone is what I wanted and this is what I got.
Jimmy is my guy he does my nail the way I like he is the only one that does it right and he is gentle and fast. would recommend to any and everybody to see him or his wife Kim
When you get there, expect a long wait time. Do not be in a rush because there will be a crowd. Be sure of what you want before they start cause they will rush you as they are trying to get to the next customer. Veryyyy overpriced
Went for a acrylic fill with two designs- was charged $60 plus their $2 debit card fee that they shouldn’t be charging. Never in my life have I paid $60 for a FILL with two designs. Supposedly, the fill price is not including polish .. From FL to NY, I will never come to them again! You can not nickel and dime for everything!
This nail salon is the best quality in Suffolk county. Haven’t had this great if an experience at a nail salon in a long time.Anna did a great time and kept me informed with everything she was doing. My pedicure was relaxing and love the overall outcome of my visit.
